Founded in 2022, Fordham University School of Law’s Voting Rights and Democracy Forum is an online publication that examines cutting-edge issues affecting democratic institutions, government, and racial justice. The Forum publishes scholarship in various forms, including Articles, Essays, Student Notes, and Commentaries relating to voting rights and issues of democracy. The Forum also hosts a Resources page that provides succinct explanations and has helpful links on important topics. Designed to educate the community’s understanding of election law and public policy, the Forum’s Resources page serves as a reference for law students and legal practitioners.
